1) You are saving because you avoid the large necessary initial investment (furniture, connections, safety regulations, fire regulations, etc.).

 

2) You are saving in salaries: a receptionist answers your calls and forwards them to you, or else takes a message, according to your instructions. She also receives and sends your postal mailor packages, makes photocopies, receives and sends faxes, etc. It's on us.

PHOTOCOPY SERVICE. We will make and classify your photocopies for you. You just pay for strictly the photocopies you need (0,06 € per page). We will worry about machine maintenance, paper supplies, toner, etc.

CAFETERIA SERVICE. We will bring you coffe, tea, refreshments and refreshments right to your table or Meeting room. We have Gourmet coffe and quality products at less than market price.

MAINTENANCE. We worry about keeping the facilities and the technological infrastructure working properly and updated.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL SERVICES, AT DISCOUNT PRICES: Typing jobs, Translations, Mailings, Counseling, Accounting, Graphic Design, etc.

A two-month deposit is required. It will be entirely returned to you at the end of your stay.
