As far as your customers are concerned, it's just like having a regular office. Plus, thanks to digital technology ,your Virtual Office can follow you wherever you go, anywhere in the world. This is what's available to you:

• A professional Receptionist answers your calls and proceeds according to your instructions: your clients call,, a receptionist answers and forwards the call wherever you want (mobile or fix), anywhere in the world. This does not reveal where you are located and in fact appears like the call is transfered to your extension. She may just take a message or transmit a message to the peson calling, if that's your preference.

• Access to 2 fully-equipped Meeting Rooms, one in Valldoreix, an another in Barcelona (Paseo de Grácia, in front of Gaudi's “La Pedrera”). There's cafeteria service, photocopy service, fax service, phone, etc. You may meet with your customers, make presentations, use it to work, etc. It's as easy as calling and making the reservation (cost for Valldoreix: 6 €/h., cost for Barcelona: 9 €/h.).

• Recieving and sending postal mail and packages. We call you or send you an email (whatever you prefer) whenever you get mail. You can also leave your outgoing mail with us, so you don't have to bother with stamps. We take care of everything. You will get your mail expenses monthly at no extra cost for our service.

You may also chhose a Personalized Virtual Office, that is, one with a dedicated phone number. This makes it possibkle for us to answer your calls directly by the name of your company (or in any way you indicate). A Personalized Virtual Office at VALLDOREIX ACTIVA costs only 50 €/month.
